Wedding Packages

Red Hawk Ridge Events offers three unique wedding packages. We’re here to help you plan your dream event!

THE RODEO PACKAGE

The Rodeo Package is our most complete option. This package is a good fit for you if you envision a relaxed retreat that can accommodate your closest friends and family.  It includes exclusive use of the estate grounds, both cabins for 2 nights and 3 days, and all of the amenities that come with them.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: 

  • Choice of ceremony site: Oak Tree Lawn (capacity of 250) or Viewpoint deck (capacity of 50) 

  • Exclusive use of the entire estate, including the Japatul house and the Manzanita Lodge for two nights, and 3 days.  Check in time is 2pm, and check out time is 10am. Early and late check in and out times can be accommodated based on availability. Additional nights can be booked at the Manzanita Lodge or Japatul house based on availability

  • Tables and foldable chairs for up to 150 guests

  • Use of our ranch style alter  

  • Use of all available outdoor lighting including market lighting, tree twinkle lighting, and path lighting

  • Use of sail shades

Pricing starting at $13,595

*Maximum capacity of 250 guests. Indoor space limited to 75 guests

We collect a $2000 fully refundable damage deposit. Overnight stays are subject to transient occupancy tax and cleaning fees.

THE COWBOY PACKAGE

The Cowboy Package is our build-your-own option, for guests who want a customized experience. This package is a good fit for you if you do not want to provide your wedding party or guests accommodations, or if you are interested in only 1 night of accommodations. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED: 

  • Wedding ceremony site, venue rental, and use of the Manzanita Lodge from 12pm-10pm

  • If you would like to come earlier than 12pm or stay later than 10pm, the Japatul house and Manzanita Lodge can be rented for an additional night for a fee, based on availability

  • Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests and sail shades are available for rent

  • Use of our ranch style alter

  • 2-hour wedding rehearsal

Pricing starting at $7920

*Maximum capacity of 250 guests. Indoor space limited to 75 guests

THE GET HITCHED QUICK ELOPEMENT PACKAGE

Our all inclusive-wedding option, perfect if you are looking for an intimate wedding where everything is taken care of for you.  

WHAT’S INCLUDED: 

  • Choice of ceremony site: Oak Tree Lawn, or Viewpoint deck 

  • Use of our ranch style alter 

  • Manzanita Lodge from 12pm-10pm

  • A dining experience provided by The Wild Thyme Catering Company. Dining can be buffet style, or a formal 3 course dinner.

    • Menu consultation with our chef to customize your experience

    • Cheese and Charcuterie grazing boards

    • A private chef and server

    • China plates, flatware and glassware

    • Linens

    • Wedding cake

  • Floral package with bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, boutonnieres for the groom and best man, alter arrangement and 5 table centerpieces

  • The wedding officiant

  • The wedding photographer

    There is a $1500 service fee for the Red Hawk Ridge event staff that will coordinate the event. We collect a $2000 fully refundable damage deposit. Overnight stays are subject to additional fees, transient occupancy tax and cleaning fees.
